Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become available after your package has been dispatched.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. The Yup Yup is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Order Changes Or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered production or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
Customs, Duties, And Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost Or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
