Refund Policy

At The Yup Yup, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there's an issue with your order, we're committed to making it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of the item so we can review your request as quickly as possible.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team before sending any item back, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn, washed, personalized, custom-made, or final sale items.
